- No. ParityBoard is entirely self-serve. There are zero setup fees, onboarding charges, or mandatory consulting packages.
- Can we cancel or change plans?
- Yes. All subscriptions run on rolling 30-day monthly terms. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no termination penalties.
- What happens to our data if we decide to leave?
- You own your data. You can export complete operational rosters, audits, staff records, and shift completion logs in standard formats at any time. If you leave, we retain records only in accordance with statutory retention periods before secure deletion.
- Where is our data stored and who can access it?
- All customer data is hosted strictly within United Kingdom data centres. Each care home's data is strictly isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, preventing any cross-tenant data exposure.
